The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency (required); strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Project, Access, Office 365)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, cash flow, accrual accounting, and core accounting principles
- Proven experience in variance analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven insights; Tableau experience is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to independently plan, execute, and manage analytical projects
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong planning, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
- Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with finance, operations, and executive teams
Your Daily Tasks
- Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure timely, accurate outputs
- Communicate key financial information clearly and consistently to stakeholders
- Partner with Executive Team and Accounting on planning, forecasting, quarterly updates, and review packages
- Lead or support analytical initiatives, including acquisition analysis, cost analysis, overhead allocation, and pricing strategy
- Provide insights to enhance forecasting, optimize channel/category mix, and manage operating expenses
- Identify and implement process improvements, including financial modeling enhancements
- Gather internal feedback to refine processes and support continuous improvement
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and deliver high-quality support
- Perform other duties as required
